The relationship between freetestosterone levels and global cognition by APOE-ε4 carrier status in both sexes. Using multivariable linear regression, we revealed a significant freetestosterone by APOE-ε4 interaction and global cognition in female APOE-ε4 carriers only. In males, there were no significant effects of free testosterone levels nor its interaction with APOE-ε4 on global cognition. Relevant covariates were age, education, BMI, and self-reported history of cardiovascular events. The p-value and beta coefficient for each test are included
